Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and FlickBack, a service of Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Lihachov Yehor Tymurovych, Ukraine (contact details in section 14; "we", "us") on the use of FlickBack: the Chrome extension, the website flickback.dev, the dashboard and the link pages. By installing the extension or signing in, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

FlickBack lets you take screenshots and screen recordings, save them locally and to the cloud, and share them by link. The features and limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One account is for one person. On the Team plan, each member signs in with their own account.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

4. Your recordings

Your recordings belong to you. You allow us to store, process and show them through the links you create — only to run the service and only until the recording is deleted.

You are responsible for the content of your recordings. Do not record passwords, payment details, or other people's personal or confidential data unless you have the right to do so.

5. What is not allowed

• posting illegal content or material that violates other people's rights;
• spreading malware or phishing material through links;
• bypassing plan limits, or accessing other people's recordings or accounts;
• creating load that disrupts the service;
• reselling access to the service without a separate agreement with us.

6. Links

Anyone who has the link to a recording can open it. You decide who to send it to. To disable a link, delete the recording or move it to the trash.

7. Plans and payment

Free is free of charge. Pro and Team are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders; Paddle's buyer terms apply to payments.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. We notify you of price changes by email at least 30 days in advance; the price does not change within a period you have already paid for.

8. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription in the dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your recordings and links are kept; new cloud uploads are subject to the Free limits. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. There may be breaks for maintenance and updates. Keep a local copy of important recordings.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months and does not include indirect damages or lost profits. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and account deletion

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict access to your account or delete individual recordings, notifying you in advance unless the breach requires immediate action. You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard.

12. Changes to these Terms

We notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We first try to resolve disputes by email through support@flickback.dev. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your country.
