Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026
Summary
  • Full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
  • Renewals of a yearly subscription — also 14 days.
  • Double charges and charges after cancellation are always refunded.
  • Money is returned to the same payment method you used.

1. Who handles refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all FlickBack orders. Money is returned to the same payment method you used.

2. 14 days after payment

If the Pro or Team subscription is not right for you, we refund your first payment in full if we receive your request within 14 days of it. The same rule applies to the renewal of a yearly subscription: 14 days from the charge.

3. Monthly subscription renewals

Renewals of a monthly subscription are not refunded. Cancel the subscription in the dashboard — there will be no next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

4. When we always refund

  • a double or erroneous charge;
  • a charge made after the subscription was cancelled;
  • the service was unavailable through our fault for more than 3 days in a row — a refund proportional to that period.

5. When a refund is not possible

  • the account was blocked for breaching the Terms of Service;
  • a repeated refund request for the same account after a refund has already been made.

6. How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to support@flickback.dev. Include your account email and the date and amount of the payment; giving a reason is optional.

We reply within 3 business days. How long it takes for the money to arrive depends on your bank and payment method.

7. After a refund

The subscription ends immediately and your account moves to Free. Your recordings and links are kept; new cloud uploads are subject to the Free limits.

8. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
